Viewing spring blossoms in Japan is so significant, it has its own word, hanami. Celebrate the Yoshino cherry blossoms’ return to the Tudor Place gardens and, in the mansion, enjoy a close look at an exquisite, late-19th-century hanami-themed vase from Japan and an 1886 publication on Japanese design. Enjoy an Asian-themed menu of savories and cherry treats, accompanied by “Hanami Rum Fizz,” an original libation created for the occasion.
